If you receive a product or a size that you did
not order, email or call us and we will send you
a return shipping label and instructions on how
to return the error at our cost. We will also send
you the proper item immediately. See the Returns

Hansen's Clothing offers FREE shipping
on all U.S. orders. We ship via UPS and USPS Priority
Mail. Shipping times will vary based on availability,
customization (monogramming), and tailoring. If
you need faster shipping, please contact us toll
free at 1-877-218-6948.
Hansen's accepts credit card orders with all U.S.
issued credit cards, and from 45 countries outside
the U.S. with payment through Paypal. If your country
is not listed here, please contact
us and we'll give you a quote on shipping to

You can return most items sold by HansensClothing.com
within 30 days of delivery (We understand that during
the holiday season we will need to increase this
time limit).
To
qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days
of delivery and ensure that the item is in its original
condition & in the original packaging. We must
receive your item back within 30 days of when we
originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14
days from the time we receive your item to process
your return. Customer will be charged for exchange
shipments, unless an error has been made on our
part.

a $10 second-item ship charge and a $8 per-item
exchange fee.
